When will my order be delivered?

To ensure consistently attractive prices, Amelia Grace ships your order directly from the manufacturer or from our partner warehouses. This may result in slightly longer delivery times.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once shipped, delivery within the United States usually takes 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday).

In total, orders generally arrive within 7–11 business days.

My order is delayed – what should I do?

In most cases, delivery is on time. However, if your order has not arrived after the regular delivery time plus 3 additional days, please contact our customer service.

Part of my order is missing – what should I do?

For larger orders, your items may be shipped in multiple packages. In this case, you will usually receive the missing products within 1–3 business days after the first package.

The package arrived damaged – what should I do?

Although we take great care in packaging, occasional transport damage may occur.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly. For more information, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Important: Please do not return the package without consulting us first. Without photo evidence, we cannot guarantee a replacement. Our customer service will find a solution as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?

You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. Did you accidentally order the wrong product or the size doesn't fit?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want another size or color, please return your item and order the size or color you want through the website.
